Megan earned her Master of Science in Sport & Performance Psychology and is completing the mentored hours required for the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®) credential — the premier certification in applied sport psychology.

She has worked with athletes in high school, collegiate, and elite performance settings. Through her experience at Penn State’s High Performance Department and alongside coaches in high-pressure environments, she understands the mental demands of competing when expectations are high.
