Coaching Experience

USA Triathlon certification. Degrees in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology as well as Mathematics. Coached 20–30 athletes annually at Penn State's club triathlon team.

We weren't born elite athletes. We became them one race, one setback, and one breakthrough at a time.

2018-2020

Learned to swim through high school swim. Pool 100 yard went from 1:15 to 0:56 by senior year.

I started running during covid

2018

Swam on a club team, ran a 5k once, never biked other than for fun

2021

Completed first sprint and olympic triathlon swimming at 1:45 pace, biking under 15mph, and running 9:30 pace

2022

Raced first sprint triathlon going 1:30

2023

Joined Penn State Club Triathlon and started structured training through research and coaching, bought a real bike

2021

Started to bring structure into training and went 2:20 in an Olympic and won a local sprint race at 15 years old

2022-2023

Became Penn State Club President and coached 20–30 athletes annually.

Focused on short course and draft legal, dropped 15' and 30' in the sprint and olympic. Went 5:18 at Happy Valley 70.3

2024

Went to Age Group Nationals coming 20th overall going 1:01 qualifying for Worlds

2024

Finished on the podium for the Northeast Collegiate Conference Series for the second year. Sprint times were down to 1:05 and olympic at 2:10

Raced my first Ironman after 3 weeks of back to back racing going 10:30

2025

Competed at Age Group Worls going sub 1 hour in the sprint, coming 49th overall and 2nd American

2025

Best collegiate nationals result with a top 40th place. Down to 1 hour sprints and 2:05 olympics

2026

Raced a competitve olympic for money and went 2:01 followed with an overall win by 6 minutes

2026

Dropped 35 mins at Happy Valley 70.3 going 4:43 and top 40th place
